You are able to pickup the carts with your own trailer or via a transport courier.
Our showrooms are open Monday – Friday with our Sanctuary Cove Showroom also open on Saturday. If you require a time outside of these days please contact us and we will accomodate your schedule as best as possible.

We are able to provide you with a freight quote to your address, golf club or business.
Please email info@cartsnparts.com.au or call 1300 93 88 11 with your address and the cart you are interested in purchasing.
We will then provide a quote through our network of carriers. With this quotation we will also provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Add the product to your “Shopping Cart”. Then in your cart you can enter your shipping address, this will then provide you with a postage estimate.
We ship only with Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramax, Fedex & TNT.
The exact postal service we use depends on the product size purchased and your location.

Upon completing your online order you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. If you did not enter an email upon checkout ensure you enter a valid mobile number. Our shipping system will text you updates on your parcel’s progress.

Our New Cart FREE freight policy means that you can purchase your cart and we will ship it to your door, free of charge if you live in the following regions:

• Queensland regions within a 100 km radius from our Molendinar 4214 Warehouse.
• Victorian regions within 50 km of our Thomastown 3076 showroom.

Not located within these areas? Not a problem! We ship Golf Carts Australia wide and will pay for majority of the freight bill to help you get into your golf cart sooner. Please find the information below for these fixed cost prices:

• Queensland Coastal Regions north of Noosa 4567 & south of Cairns 4870 will incur a $350.00 flat rate fee.
• NSW mid-north, north coast regions, such as Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour will incur a $350.00 flat rate fee.
• South Australia areas will incur a $350.00 flat rate fee for carts departing our Melbourne warehouse. (You will be informed before placement of the order about the stock location of your cart)
• Victoria areas outside the above 50km Thomastown radius will incur a $350.00 flat rate fee.
• Tasmania is a flat rate of $500.00 for all new cart sales.

Unfortunately, our FREE Freight offer excludes all of Western Australia, The Northern Territory & International Asia Pacific Nations.
If you are located in any of these states or countries or any regions outside of the above-stated locations you should contact us on 1300 93 88 11 or send us an enquiry by using the form below. We can still 100% freight your new cart to you in the most efficient method but it will incur a quoted shared freight fee.

We will quote our best possible rate (estimates are usually between $250.00 – $500.00 inc GST) to make sure your new cart enters your possession for the lowest cost possible.
