Our Returns Policy

Original sales receipt or order number must be provided for all returns. We accept returns for exchange or a refund, 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.
At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only on items ordered from cartsnparts.com that are deemed defective under our warranty policy.

Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order
  • Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item’s particular item description on this website: www.cartsnparts.com.au.
  • If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact our head office on 1300 93 88 11 (option 1) immediately with your order/invoice number. We may then ask for photographic evidence of any damage sent via email  
  • Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund via electronic transfer. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the return. There may be up to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the original shipping cost for returned items that were ordered in error unless the order was placed on Google Express. You must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item purchased on golfcartking.com. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
     
    **If an order is placed using our Interest free financing, you will receive your refund when the product is returned in new condition as defined above and any applicable and a restocking or cancellation of finance fees may apply.
